"Who would expect fire happen to home? Wade is a life saver after a fire incident at our home. He was able to provide me with clear instructions after my first call and while the fire trucks were still on site. I followed his guidance and was able to put our family of four in a safe place to stay for the night, I was able to have the claimed established for our case. Based on Wade’s instruction, a trusted and experienced contractor was also on site promptly to help us contain, clean and evaluate the damages. I really appreciate State Farm and Wade’s knowledge and support during this difficult time. We feel lucky that we have State Farm as our insurance company."

"Always fast and friendly. Beyond helpful. I was trying to rent a car and enterprise wanted my first born. I must have called State Farm 4 times in 5 minutes asking for information via email. They were super helpful and fast. Nor one bit of irritation on their part. Very kind. I call the office every month and pay over the phone. Their patience is never ending! I still call all the time for all my insurance needs and always get a person. Such personal service I feel like family! I have car,renters and life insurance. Can't say enough great things!"
